Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
BILL NO. 159 An Act relating to the new business incentive                     
program be returned to the Rules Committee.  Senator Ellis                     
objected, then withdrew his objection.   There being no further                
objections, the bill was returned to the Rules Committee.
